We are conveniently located at 3803 S Cooper Street right by the Parks Mall at Arlington. Our gym Arlington TX is our largest to date boasting over 21,000 sq. feet. Our fitness center is open and staffed 24/7 to make it super convenient for our members to exercise whenever they are available. The staff members show up every day with a positive and uplifting so that our members feel like they are at home away from home.

Our gyms provide a ton of cardio equipment that include treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, climbers, and rowers. We also provide free weights and weightlifting machines that will help you increase your strength and muscle tone.  All memberships include FREE trainer instruction that are focused on beginners or first-time gym users. The goal is to help you start exercising in a comfortable environment where you can go at your own pace.

We also offer FREE nutrition instruction with your membership. This is a part of our CF-30® program. We have partnered up with Water4Life Mozambique as they build water wells in Mozambique, Africa to help solve the clean water crisis in the region. We have also partnered up with Justin Wren (a.k.a The Big Pygmy) and his organization Fight For The Forgotten as they build water wells for the pygmy people. These two organizations have built over 150 water wells in the last 3 year that are changing the lives of the people in Africa.

Fight For The Forgotten also has an initiative called “Heroes in Waiting” that focuses on developing and teaching character development, and bullying prevention curriculum to martial art academies in the U.S. This is an effort to fight and knock out bullying.
