Hey, this is Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. I hear that you have more than one fitness tip this week. Five simple fitness tips for your fitness success. Very, very simple, easy to follow.
Number one is exercising daily for one hour, so working out for one hour. Very simple. Uh, exercise fitness. Tip number two is to be eating the right foods and having portion control. We have a free [inaudible] nutrition plan that will give you at the gym. It’s a mind frame document that you can just follow. It’ll help you lose a lot of weight. Number three is to track your food, track your stuff, make sure you write it down.
We actually have a journal that you can fill that out at the gym as well. Um, number four is getting at least six up to eight hours, six to eight hours of sleep, a little bit different, but six to eight hours of sleep every night. And then the last is number five.
And that’s working out with a partner, having somebody to work out with, having a set time that you do that. So that one hour workout with a set partner.
