A great testimony. Listen to it. At the end, she talks about the atmosphere that she loves. She loves she’s been doing a lower carb, higher protein diet. Like we talk about in the sea of 30 plan. She’s just following a great routine. She’s being super consistent. Also she’s sticking with it. She’s not letting anybody else push her off track, but think about 185 pounds.

Yeah, well you said consistency, which we love. We love consistency. And Cynthia saw all these results after being consistent. So here’s one of my favorites. Billy Alsbrook says success is a marathon of consistency, walked out one day at a time. So Cynthia would tell you she didn’t get where she’s at overnight. It took time and it took lots of consistency and YouTube can have results just like Cynthia.

I like the non-intimidating atmosphere and the fact that they’re open 24 seven, the $5 membership. If it’s an incentive, if you go more than 11 days, then it’s $5. It’s very relaxing. It’s not intimidating. And I don’t feel like people are staring at me when I’m working. No, I’m just getting back into my fitness routine.
I’m actually down 185 pounds. Um, and now just getting back into weight training and a non-intimidating atmosphere is why came here very active. I run about three miles a day. I do low carb, high protein and moderate fat.
