Hey, we’re Charles and Amber Colaw here are the fitness tip of the week. So give us a fitness tip on how to lose weight back. Losing weight fast. Okay. The problem is, is beginner fitness. People are beginner, fitness users. They really don’t know what to do to actually get started for losing weight at the best of all Bartlesville gyms.

And I’m going to give you some really simple steps to get started. Apex 24 fitness and ESM Cooper Institute. I got a lot of different certifications and they talk about how important nutrition is. That’s the food. So number one component is your food component to losing weight. They’ll say anywhere from 70 to 80% of your success is the food. So we want to make sure you nail the food. And we’ve got an easy to follow simple program called CF 30, and it gives a diet program to help you get started.

So if you’re around one of our locations, go into the sea at 30 class and they’ll give you a free template to follow. And there’s also a book for 10 bucks, and you can follow that for the first 30 days to lose a lot of weight. So that’s an easy action step, but I’m gonna talk about that. So number one is food all the different diets that are out there, paleo makers, South beach Atkins point system diets all fundamentally run across the principles of a higher fiber.

That’s a plant STEM stock leaf base foods. Those are STEM stock and leaf, not the seed or the root that’s the higher calorie part of the plant. So the STEM stocker leaf part of the plant and a lean protein like fish and chicken and things like that. So higher fiber, higher protein, rich diets. And so that’s basically cutting all the breads sugars and grains and saturated fats out of your diet. So the number one thing is going to be basically cutting bad carbs out of your diet, increasing the high fiber vegetables, STEM stocker leaf, and increasing your lean proteins.

Okay. You want to only eat lean, healthy proteins, healthy fats and vegetables that are basically the STEM soccer leaf. I keep repeating that so that you get it. And then what you want to do is as you’re doing that, you want to be doing cardiovascular exercise between 120 and 130 beats a minute. That’s walking on the treadmill or bike. So put your hand on the sensors. You’ll see 120 to 130 beats a minute and hold that for about 45 minutes.

The goal is to work up to 500 calories a day. And then following that higher fiber higher protein lean or diet. Now all those diets, I talked about focus like make yourself beach paleo on STEM stock relief components, point system diets. Those are the ones that have the most freedom. So those are all fundamentally. They use a lot of the same principles.
