Okay. What’s the best diet to follow our nutrition plan to follow. Okay. the best diet planner and nutrition plan, I’ve used lots of different ones. Whether the point systems are calorie, counting, lower carb, ketogenic makers, South beach, paleo, all these different types of diets and fundamentally most of these diets that they really go to the quarterly getting in shape and.
And especially like fitness competitions, where or bodybuilders, where you have to get really lean the diets that force your body into like a ketogenic state where you use your own fat ketones are basically you’re, you’re using your own fat as energy.
It flips over into using stored adipose tissue or fat tissues energy. And to do that a lower carbohydrate, higher protein diet forces, a ketogenic pathway, especially accusing a pathway that will start utilizing your own fat as energy. And that itself will then force yourself to lose that fat, the subcutaneous, the ooey, gooey hips, thighs, but gut stuff.
It’s going to force that to start coming off at the same time, you want to keep your protein, which is amino acids and do enough weight training that you actually maintain or build muscle. So a lower carb, higher protein diet is going to force your body. Once the carbohydrates aren’t present, it’s going to force your body to start using your own fat as energy to be burn off higher protein.
So you have enough healing, repairing and growth nutrients to maintain the muscle tissue, to build the muscle tissue. So all of those types of diets have similar principles and most of them focus on the lower sugars starches, and high-glycemic carbohydrates to remove those out.
