Hey, we’re Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. So Charles, tell us, why do we hate the word diet? We hate the word diet. Well, I would say that I don’t like the word diet cause it’s like a beginning and an end or somebody doing something for a short term where we really want to encourage people to be doing a lifestyle of changes with their nutrition and their working out and all that kind of stuff in copulation and making it lifestyle changes in what they’re putting in their mouth and making sure that they’re, you know, going to be able to be habitual in doing that.

But uh, what, what would you say? Why do we hate the word diet? Because everybody we know that’s tried a diet. They always gained the weight back eventually. So I think it’s kind of that yo-yo thing and they get frustrated and they’re still not happy with their results because they don’t stay long.

And um, so I think that’s why we try to encourage people to make a healthy lifestyle change. And it’s just slow. Just habits, basically. Good consistent nutrition habits. So, right. But yeah, our fitness tip for you guys is to not focus on a diet, but a good, healthy nutritional habits that you stick with for a lifestyle. A foods that basically are going to be more natural, healthy diets, healthy foods, and, and that you can be eating on a consistent basis that work for you. And I’ve, anyways, that’s a fitness tip. Don’t focus on the diet. Focus on a good nutritional lifestyle. So Charles and Amber Colaw. Have a great week. Bye bye.
