Colaw Fitness offers a variety of workout equipment. We have excellent cardio with treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, bikes, and stair climbers. You can get a fully body workout with our awesome resistance machines and free weights. If you are unfamiliar with either of these workout options, then sign up at the front desk for our members’ free orientation. During this cardio orientation, a staff member will teach you how to use each of the cardio options. For workout orientation, a staff member will teach you how to use each of the resistance machines. Each member attending the orientations will be given a free workout template to follow too.
If you want more guidance than an orientation, then check out our CF-30 program. This program is specifically designed to help members lost body fat and get lean within thirty days. The nutrition portion is similar to the keto diet but it is typically less fat than the keto diet. Essentially, we recommend to eat high protein, low carb and low fat diets. Obviously, we would recommend you speak with a physician before beginning an extreme change or if you have a medical history to be concerned about.
Nonetheless, you could always come receive the free instruction, then make the choice after discussing with a doctor. Furthermore, during the CF-30 class, our staff will give fitness instruction. There will be a workout regimen to follow. All of that will be explained in detail such as going to the resistance machine and showing what to do. CF-30 attendees receive a simple to follow journal too. Similarly to the free orientations, members simply sign up at the front desk.
