Feel free to ask for help too because they love to serve. We want you to feel right at home and like you’re family. The whole environment here is really a breath of fresh air!

There is always a great Christian workout playlist playing through the speakers. In addition, you can catch short devotionals on the TV screens throughout the facility. There are free Bibles at the front desk for you or anyone you know who needs one. Additionally, feel free to speak with our front desk staff. They are there to listen and encourage you. We have two options for memberships at Colaw Fitness Topeka. The first is our flat rate plan. It will always be $10 a month no matter what. It’s a great plan for people who don’t know how often they’ll make it to the gym. $10 a month is so affordable! This membership plan gives you access to everything we offer. Compared to other gyms especially this is a great deal! This plan is also great for those who like to travel. However, if you’re going to be gone for an extended time we have a freeze option.
The other plan we have at Colaw Fitness Topeka is the reward membership. This is our most popular plan! It rewards you with a lower price the more often you come to the gym. If you come to work out at least 12 times a month, you only pay $5! That evens out to about 3 times a week! Most people who have a workout routine are already doing that. Having a lower price option is a great way to motivate yourself to come more frequently. If it doesn’t work for you that’s totally fine! You can change membership plans at any time.
Lastly, Colaw Fitness Topeka has amazing massage chairs. We have hydromassage beds that will probably change your life. They work wonders! If you want to relax after a long day at work definitely try them out! Additionally, they are great for working out tight knots from your workout. You can relax just like at home because there are flat screen TVs in front of each massage chair. This is included in your membership so you never have to pay extra or reserve your spot. These beds use water technology to give you a custom massage. Once you try it for the first time it will make it easier to come back every day!
