Hey, we’re at Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. Fitness tips tip of the week. So, um, for everybody out there, he’s wanting to get started on a diet or a workout. Where do we even start? What’s the best way to get started?
Well, if you’re in the area of Colaw fitness, we have a free trainer. This is basically a free trainer with certain times that they’ll tell you exactly what to eat, what times to eat. They give you a guide, a handout, and you clearly know with mind-frame document, what to eat, what times to eat, how to be following a program.
And we have workout programs that go along with it, and guess what it costs, what it’s completely free for as low as $1 down as low as $5 a month, you get to have a free trainer helping you start your program, start your diet and workout plan.
