Yeah. And Dawn talks about being flexible and likes the flexibility of the gym. Um, probably the hours, the different types of equipment that you can use. Um, so I thought this would be a good notable quotable by Tony Robbins. Stay committed to your decisions, but stay flexible in your approach. So commit to that decision for your new year’s resolution. Stay committed to it. But remember, life sometimes is fluid and changes happen. Life happens and we have to be flexible. But find a way and make a way to go ahead and stay committed to that decision to get the results.

To stay committed to your goal and you can do it, but also be flexible. If something kind of throws you off. Don’t like jump off the bandwagon, burn the ships and quit your whole fitness program. Stay with it. Be flexible with, Hey, I’m going to keep doing it. Keep doing it. And Don has done that. She’s lost 10 pounds. He’s going to lose more weight. Listen to her testimony at the end.
