They show you how to use them safely and effectively. Additionally, they give you a work out plan outline to use if you don’t know how to put exercises together.
In addition is the CF30 plan. This is a nutrition and exercise 30-day challenge. If you follow it as closely as you can, you are guaranteed to see results fast! Again, you’ll meet with a trainer who walks you through the best things to eat and what workout to pair with it. The results are absolutely phenomenal.
