Hey, there it’s Charles and Amber Colaw today. We’re going to give you a win out of the week, add a notable quotable. The win of the week is Latina. Latina has lost
150 pounds. [inaudible] awesome.
So that’s kind of, that’s kind of, um, a notch or two above. Awesome. Yeah, like every time we have members that hit in that hundred and uh, even 50 pounds, it always just blows my mind.
So 83 pounds and I thought that was like crazy. That’s like double that that’s like insane. So yeah, it is insane. Great job Latina. You are a great testimony or inspiration for so many. Listen to her testimony at the end, for sure. Amber is going to give you a notable.
And with that massive weight loss, we know that she didn’t do it overnight. So, um, she would probably tell all of you out there don’t get discouraged and just be consistent because you’re eventually going to get to that Mark those goals. So, um, I thought this quote was, was great. Success and failure are both slow processes.
Every second counts, every day counts, every move counts and every choice counts. So it’s success is a slow process, but it’s having that delayed gratification and knowing and understanding that it will come, but it’s just being consistent. And it’s those small things that make a huge difference. So I love that.

Hi, my name is Latina or my favorite thing is that it has like a very beginner environment. Everybody here is pretty helpful. Um, you can ask questions pretty much. Anybody will help you here. So it’s a good atmosphere. It’s a very great atmosphere. Everybody here is willing to help from the staff.
Just when people that actually work out here at the gym, you start to see the same people in the same phase. The workout of the, yeah, it’s very good here.
I mean, if you put in a word they’re missing out on this experience, honestly, since I’ve been working at [inaudible], I done lost over 150 pounds. I started at three 18 and I just come in every day and I put in at least an hour and that’s what works for me.
