They are short and sweet but very encouraging and powerful. It’s great to catch one while you take a breather or relax in one of our massage chairs. The Christian environment makes a huge impact on our atmosphere.
Another thing that’s great about Colaw Fitness Topeka is that they love to give back! They start locally with member appreciation night. For the first Monday night of every month, Colaw Fitness gets to show our members how much we appreciate them! There is free pizza so you know it’s a fun time for everyone! These are great non profit organizations that Colaw Fitness partners with. They build water wells for communities in Africa who otherwise don’t have access. There is footage of our staff building a well on the TV screens throughout the facility. Seeing the look on the people’s faces when they get that first drink of clean water is priceless!

Members on this plan are rewarded with a lower price of $5 the more often they come to the gym that month. It’s a great way to keep yourself motivated! Paying less is a great incentive to get yourself here! It’s also a great plan for people who already workout everyday. However, If this plan doesn’t work for you, you can always switch to our other option at any time.
The other membership Colaw Fitness offers is the flat rate plan. No matter what you always pay the same price every month. It’s still just as affordable as the reward plan at only $10 a month! You can come in every day of the month or only make it in twice and you’ll still just pay $10 for both months. This plan works really well for people whose schedules change all the time. If you don’t know how often you can come workout this plan will be great for you! Both memberships offer the same benefits, the only difference is what payment method you prefer!
