So Amber, give us the notable quotable, notable quotable. It’s not what we do once in awhile that shapes our lives. It’s what we do consistently by Tony Robbins. Yes. Consistently. Nikki Humphrey. Um, I love that it’s a clean and you don’t have skin showing everywhere. There’s not a lot of loud noises and hollering and um, I love it because they’ve got lots of equipment to choose from. I’ve seen a lot of results being here because of hard work. Well, I think that if people understood everything that was available here and what a good cost it is, I think that they would be really happy and excited to be here.
Um, it’s a very low cost. It’s got the, we’ve got tanning beds and there’s the weight rooms and the, the free weights. Um, they have all the machines. It’s open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, so you don’t have to worry about time that you’re coming in and there’s this not open or closed. So you’re able to come and go. I think that it just would benefit people in general to understand and know that, that this is available and how good it can be for them.
Um, I love the music that they play. It’s uplifting. It’s, it’s upbeat. It keeps you, um, you know, motivated. I love the people that are here. Everyone’s very friendly and kind to one another and encouraging. Um, I made quite a bit of accomplishment in the last year. I’ve lost 120 pounds. Um, really helped me become stronger to help develop my balance and, and help my body just all around be stronger. My core strength is better and I’m able to do more.
Um, my goal when I came here was to be able to get down and up and down off the floor to play with my grandchildren. I have 10 grandchildren and I wanted to be able to play with them and do, you know, fun things with them without being winded and worn out. And we’ve accomplished that. Um, I’ve used free weights. I’d use the stair climber, the elliptical. Um, I’ve used some, quite a few of the machines I have used to get training and, um, but I, I’ve used the balls. I’ve everything we’ve used it all. It’s, I love it all because it is great.
