Hey we are Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. Yes. So I’ll tell you what, how long does it take to start seeing results?
Yeah. So we had a question is how long does it take to start seeing some fat loss results or seeing weight loss results and whenever you wanting to lose weight. And we have several diets that we give for free and workout programs for free at the Colaw Fitness, but that you’ll start seeing results when you start following a diet plan.
Within about a week you’re going to start seeing two or three pounds of weight loss. Generally all my clients will lose at least two to three pounds a week. Pretty regularly. Um, when you’re first starting off, you lose a lot of water weight too. So sometimes that first week can be like five or six pounds. We’ve got some lower carb, higher protein, ketogenic like diets that people lose quite a bit of weight on pretty quickly.
And so if you want some of that information, sign up with the free trainer, they will give you the free trainer advice. But how long does it take to start seeing weight loss results? It’s very, very quickly. You start following a program and actually follow a program within a box. Within a week or so, you’ll see two, three, four, five, sometimes seven, eight, 10 pounds within a week. It’s kind of depends on how big you are, but that’s Charles and Amber Colaw.
