Hey, this is Charles and Amber Colaw. We’re going to give you the win of the week and a notable quotable today and the win of the week is Darren. Darren has lost 54 pounds. Wow. That’s a lot of weight. Way to go Darren!
Amber is going to give us a notable quotable. I love the notable quotables. They’re my favorite. So pastor Craig Groeschel, it’s the things that no one sees that results in the things everyone wants. Absolutely, yes. And as far as, and fitness is definitely the things that you’re doing that no one sees that gives you the return on investment. And you know, I haven’t missed a week of working out since I was in eighth grade and that kind of diligence is shows up in your physique and your confidence, those types of disciplines in your life, whether it’s your fitness and your diet.
Darren has definitely done very well with his nutrition and his workout being very consistent at Colaw Fitness. Darren Shults. What I like is the atmosphere. It’s a great place to go. You feel comfortable here. The atmosphere is great. I come here. It’s very friendly. People inside just come in here, you know, they feel comfortable. Whereas if you go into a lot of other gym in Topeka, you don’t get that same feeling. You are missing out on that great atmosphere and a place to get fit and get healthy. I started back in August and lost about 25 pounds, and then we went on a, excuse me, 35 and then we had a contest. Good. You’re in the past five weeks. And I lost 19 pounds.
