My name is John. Um, I really love the staff, always super nice. It’s always really clean. There’s funding machines, uh, all the equipment in the state of the art. The atmosphere is great. You know, everyone’s super friendly. Um, everyone that comes here, I feel like there’s a net positive of these moon. Like I said, it’s so clean. There’s plenty of space and it’s a great time. I love coming here.

Um, I’d like to say that, uh, you know, for me personally, I feel like I’ve just become a more happier, healthier person. Uh, since coming here. I think working out regularly and being active and in shape, uh, definitely improves your mood. So I feel that people are missing out on, I think too much negativity in the world nowadays. And I think if people worked out more, they’d be a lot happier.

Yeah. So that’s been amazing. So I’ve been here about four or five months. I’ve lost about 30 pounds. I’m getting a lot stronger. I’m trying to get back to like my football shape pace and uh, yeah, so far so good. Just keep pushing forward and keep making improvements and trying to get better every day. [inaudible].
