So give us a tip to help somebody. Who’s having a hard time getting their fitness routine or their workout scheduled like on a routine basis, actually following through and doing it. So get us a tip.
I’m here for you and keeping a set schedule is just like a boss. When you’re like Ryan accompany, you have a set time and a set place that you meet with your staff. That’s like your protected time to meet with your team and meet with your staff. So it’s the same time, the same place all the time.
And if you can get into the boss mindset where this is my time, my set scheduled time, say it’s 5:00 AM at the gym, grinding out a workout, making sure I’m getting it done.
That is your set time. So you got to protect it like you’re a boss and that’s your scheduled appointment with yourself and with your promise to yourself, so that you’re going to hit your fitness goals.
