Hey, we’re Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. This guy just keeps us on track with a head full and knowledge. So as a new beginner at the gym, give me the three hottest tips of getting in shape.
Okay. Great top tips for beginner. Okay. Making sure that you’re eating before you go to the gym. So make sure you eat a decent meal that you would see C is healthy for you an hour before.
So it’s time to digest it. You have plenty of energy. So number two is making sure you have a written plan. You gotta have a written plan, so go to a trainer or go to some of the gym staff or go to where we have free trainer classes and get a written plan.
So that way, you know exactly what to do. So follow the plan. And then lastly is when you’re done eat a meal that’s higher in protein. So it’s either meat or like a protein shake eggs, things like that, higher protein, rich food, right afterwards that helps with the healing and the recovery. So those are the three top tips.
Eat an hour before follow the plan and need immediately after protein. Yeah. And then another action step is go to our free CF 30 classes. So you have a diet plan, workout plan. And so you know how to be successful to lose weight and get in great shape.
