Sign up sheets are at the front desk. Our staff would love to answer your questions and help you sign up if you are interested. In the free training, our trainers walk you through the safest and most effective way to use all the machines. We keep the classes limited to three people so you can tailor it to fit what you need.
Additionally, there is a membership plan created to motivate you to come to the gym Topeka more! It’s called the reward plan because you are rewarded with a lower price each month you come in. Technically this membership is $18 a month. However, if you come to Colaw Fitness at least 12 times in the month you only have to pay $5! That is such a great deal! Money is a great motivator and that’s why this membership is so popular. 12 times a month is only three times a week! Putting it into that perspective makes it seem doable.
If money does not motivate you or you can’t make it into the gym that often we still have a membership for you! Colaw Fitness gym Topeka is for everyone so we make sure to accommodate all needs. The other membership we offer is $10 a month no matter how many times you come to the gym. Therefore, it is called the flat rate plan. You still have access to everything the other membership offers. This way you don’t have the pressure of counting your visits and paying the higher price if you don’t come 12 times a month.
Colaw Fitness has the best atmosphere of any gym Topeka has. We are known for the amazing environment! There is worship music playing throughout the gym and even in the parking lot. Don’t worry, it has a great beat so it’s fun to workout too, also. The music is carefully selected to uplift the whole room and put you in a great mood. The staff contributes greatly to the atmosphere as well. They are so kind and go out of their way to connect with members. They greet you when you walk through the door every time and look forward to seeing you!
In addition to the music and staff, the Colaw Fitness gym Topeka has a no gym jerk policy. A gym jerk is someone who makes loud noises, drops weights, has a show off attitude, and disturbs others. The gym is a scary place to be without this kind of behavior. Therefore, by eliminating it, our gym has become a happier and more welcoming place to be. Workout beginners and experts alike are welcome here and everyone genuinely cares about the other members. Even the videos we have playing on the TV screens throughout the gym creates the positive and encouraging atmosphere we try to achieve.

This gym loves to give back in more ways than one. The first dollar of every membership goes to two organizations. They are water for life and fight for the forgotten. Both of these nonprofits build water wells in African communities that do not have access to clean drinking water. There are videos on the TV screens throughout our gym explaining more information.
