Benefits of weight training. Well, weight training, far as lifting weights, dumbbells, barbells, or even machines. The biggest benefit is that you can build strength and build muscle. So you can actually build a stronger, more muscular body, your body adapts to the stimulus, and it becomes more toned and sought. Also it helps lose fat.
When you work out, you actually burn calories about 30%, less than cardio, but you still burn calories. If you have a hundred calories in cardio, you’re maybe burning about 70 calories during weight training, but the benefits last 72 hours.
Since you worked out those microfiber tares, the stimulus to the muscle, it takes 72 hours for your body to fully recover that in case also causes you to lose more body fat. So that’s the reason why you see people in the weight, Trent resection, they look very lean and muscular and people who just do cardio stay soft.
They may lose weight, but it’s, I call it kind of like skinny, fat you’re skinnier, but they still stay soft. So weight training is very beneficial to actually really losing the weight.
