Hi, this is Charles Colaw and Amber Colaw. Today we’re going to talk to you about the win of the week. A fitness tip. I notable quotable and then your action steps that you too can be successful. So Amber, you start off with the win the week for the gym Topeka. Okay. The win of the week is Cody and he’s lost 30 pounds.

Cody and the fitness tip is to drink more water. Um, I want you guys to know that two thirds of your total body is water and, um, every type of medical professional, every type of a fitness trainer, um, every type of a coach is going to say, do you need to drink more water, need to drink more water and you drink more water. And so this fitness tip is very, very simple.

Add more water, drink more water because it is the number one nutrient that your body needs and it makes up the vast majority of a healthy body in every health professional will encourage you to drink more water. So great more water. Um, Amber, tell us the notable quotable of the week. Our notable quotable of the week is proverbs 13:20. Walk with wise men and you’ll be wise, walk with fools and you’ll be destroyed.

And so the people, basically the people you surround yourself. Proverbs is a great book from the Bible and um, the people you surround yourself with are going to influence you either for better or worse. And so with you and your fitness goals fir the gym Topeka. Surround yourself with people that you know are going to bring you up and not pull you down. And so, uh, I highly encourage you to follow the notable quotable of proverbs 13:20.

Walk with the wise and become wise for a companion of fools suffers harm. So we want to make sure that you’re walking with the wise action steps this week. Drink more water. We want you to drink at least 16 ounces of water with every meal or between every meal. So that’s a 16 ounce water water. Keep it filled up, drink it, you know, with your meal. And then between the next meal, that’s going to make sure that your body’s fully hydrated and helps your body with digestion.

And I’m moving the meal and fluids in and everything your body needs so greatly. 16 ounces of water with every meal. Um, I’ve done that for probably almost 20 years. Uh, on a consistent basis. Lots of water. Yeah. I actually a lot more than that even. But um, and then also action step number two is going to be choosing friends that make you a better person. It’s not rocket science. It’s like who is this guy?

Oh drinks lots of water. I chose you cause I was kind of a knucklehead and you helped me. Yeah. Anyways, but big point is his choosing friends that you know are going to bring you up, opposed to bringing you down or choosing friends that if your fitness goals are getting to encourage you to grow and get better in your fitness goals opposed to the other.
