Hey, this is Charles Colaw and Amber Colaw today. We’re going to give you a win of the week and the win of the week is Laura. Laura has lost 30 pounds. Great job, Laura. Um, uh, she is amazing. She loves that our atmosphere is accepting of whatever size or shape you are, that anybody feels comfortable in it.
So it’s very beginner, fitness, friendly. She loves that. She loves, uh, just, just listen to her testimony at the end. Um, she’s a big fan. So thank you, Laura, for being a testimony and encouraging others like yourself to lose weight. Get in shape and, and, you know, get out and about, and really get started on their health and fitness goals.
So great job, Laura. So Amber is going to give as a notable quote, I think a notable quotable that we good with that is the only difference between a good day and a bad day is your attitude. Yup. So that right there, uh, Laura had to have a good enough attitude every single day, consistently enough to get the 30 pounds down that she did.
So, and I’m sure there’s, she’s going to have more results to come with an attitude like that. And attitude is huge. It’s huge on your outlook on life. Like regardless of your circumstance, you can’t control your circumstance, but you can control your perspective in your attitude.
So being a positive, uplifting, encouraging person, um, thoughts on your life of fitness and health and wellness, but yeah. Can you surround yourself with that yourself with good attitude people? Yeah, that helps too. That’s the winner of the week, end of the week.

My name is Laura. I like that I can come here and nobody really cares what I look like and how I’m dressed and that everybody kind of just does their own thing. Everybody’s friendly.
Uh, and, um, you know, the guests are friendly and all the staff is friendly. I’m well, I’ve lost 30 pounds since I started here in August. And so, um, just the daily exercise and the ability to take some weight off and get healthy. I’ve lost 30 pounds since August 19th.
