Hey, we’re Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. Yeah. So Charles always gives us the best tips. So today, why don’t you tell us, do I need to use a trainer to get started at the gym?
Do you need to use a trainer to get started at the gym? Well, the answer is you don’t have to have a trainer but it is going to expedite a lot of time. You’re going to speed up that that, that learning process to learn things the right way, the first time.
So I do encourage people to use a trainer. Also, most trainers are also going to give you like a mind free template of exercises, and also some of them have food plans to follow. So that way you’re not kind of like, well, am I doing this right?
And trying to watch somebody over there, and they’re kind of doing that, like this, maybe I should do it like that, or that big guy over there does it like this. Maybe I need to do that. Or that skinny girl over there, she runs like this, and maybe I should do more, but you need to clearly know what’s going to make you successful, how it’s going to work.
And we’ve got trainers at Colaw fitness that are totally free that can give you free orientations on how to use everything in the gym, give you free mind, free templates to follow suit, what exercises to do, what days to do them and nutrition plans to follow that while you’re losing weight and get in toning up muscle and building muscle.
So you’re a smaller, more toned, more fit version of yourself that way you’re comfortable in your skin. You’re comfortable in the gym and we want to help you make that process work.
