Hey, we’re Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. Yes. So Charles, you has given us such great nuggets of tips that we can use for success. So tell us again, I know we’ve talked about this before. We’re going to kind of circle back around. Why is food over fitness important for us?
Well, food apex, 24 fitness and ESM Cooper Institute. I got like eight certifications from, they all are these training places where you get certified to be a fitness trainer. I study nutrition and they all talk about between 70 to 80% of your clients. Results is the nutritional program or giving up. Why? Because what you look like has more to do with what you’re eating and putting in your mouth than what you’re doing in the gym for hours and working out.
So we want to encourage you as a fitness tip to really make sure that you’ve got a mind freeing template of exactly what to eat, what times to eat, how much water to be drinking at each meal time and following something. That’s going to be extremely successful for you to look and feel like you want to look and feel in your own skin, in your clothes.
