So Amber, give us a notable quotable. Absolutely. This is by Richard Scott. We become what we want to be by consistently being what we want to become each day. So sometimes you just have to fake it till you make it. You’re not successful until you are. Yep. And so it’s kind of like groundhog day. You just hit the repeat button and you do the same thing again and again and again. And that’s what Jennifer did. And that’s how she lost her 80 pounds. Yep. That’s how you win. Yes. Jennifer. Pretty much everything. The people, employees, it’s all really comfortable. Best yet. No judgmental, welcoming. It’s just not like any other gyms in Joplin I’ve been to. Investment in themselves with a little extra help from doctors, but I started at 295 and I’m at roughly 215 lbs.

Hey, this is Charles and Amber Colaw. Today we’re going to give you a fitness tip. And Amber ask the question on the fitness tip. Ok the fitness tip is why are my muscles so sore after I work out? So the question is, why are your muscles sore? And what happens inside your bodies? There’s actually what they call micro fiber tears. It’s actually where a small tear in the muscle pulls just a little bit and that’s where it kind of like a dull ache and you kind of feel achy in that area.

And actually what happens is as your body is then trying to heal and repair that, and what happens when they tear down and they actually rebuild better and bigger. So they tear down in their root rebuild stronger and better and bigger and uh, proteins in the body, amino acids that come from proteins. It’s like meat and chicken and fish and eggs and protein shakes and things like that.

Heal and repair that. So that’s how you can fix the soreness and also resting for, you know, 48 to 72 hours on that muscle. The fitness tip for healing the muscles is eating some more protein, and resting for 72 hours. Have a blessed week. This is Charles and Amber Colaw. Thank you
