Hey, we’re Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. So Charles, we’ve had some people ask, they know we travel a lot and they want to know what do we do food wise when we’re on the go so much. Do we pack food or do we eat out a lot?

Well, generally we’re not packing food now because we’re not competing or doing fitness stuff, but when I’m traveling or when we’re traveling, we generally go any fast food place generally has some sort of like grilled chicken sandwich or grilled chicken option or some sort of a sandwich that you can get.

Even hamburgers, we just throw the buns off and eat the meat and the veggies. The CF-30 plan talks a lot about meat and veggie combos. We still do the same thing. You can still eat fast food. You’d still eat McDonald’s and burger King and Wendy’s and Arby’s and all those types of things and throw the bun off. Just eat the meat, just eat the veggies, drink some sort of either water or non calorie drink and it won’t throw you off your plan. You’ll still get leaner and you’ll get in great shape. So that’s the fitness tip.
