Joplin Gyms strives for everyone to be as active as they can and by doing that we can offer a No Risk Membership. What do you have to lose with NO RISK? Our Joplin Gyms is located at 2706 East 7th Street right next to a Mall. When we mention RISK FREE MEMBERSHIPS this is what we mean! If you decide within the first 30 days of you signing up. That you are not completely satisfied with your membership. You can fill out a cancellation form. Because anything that was charged with in the first 30 days would be refunded. Colaw Fitness really wants people to succeed in achieving their goals; no matter if it is at our club or someone else’s club. We truly strive in being as friendly and helpful as possible.
At the Joplin Gyms we offer several orientation classes on how to use the machines. Each class is focused on different body areas. For example, on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays we have a class on Upper Body machines at 12 pm. This would be for machines focused on areas like biceps, triceps, pectorals, rhomboids, deltoids, latissimus and dorsi muscles. For the lower body machines, we offer classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 12 pm. This class would focus on machines that work the following muscle groups; quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and more. The other muscle group classes we have are focused on Abs and Core which will focus on obliques, abdominis, lumborum, gluteus maximus and so much more. Colaw Fitness offers this class Tuesdays at 3 pm. The most helpful class is called the CF-30 Challenge.
The Joplin Gyms wants all our members to be successful in meeting their long-term goals. Therefore, the CF-30 Challenge class focuses on your own personal needs. You will have the opportunity to meet with someone who is trained on nutrition, exercises and motivation. At our Joplin Gyms you can sit down with someone and let them know what your goals are, and they will come up with a 30-day plan for you to help meet the goals that you desire.
If you want, you can meet with someone as many times as you like to tweak your goals or just set short term goals and then come up with a new plan once short-term goal is met. The classes are offered at a first come first serve basis because convenience.
If your work schedule does not allow you to go to any of these great classes that is OK. You can ask anyone of our Front Desk staff to help with a machine or ask if you can set up a separate time to meet with someone. If the Front Desk is busy helping other members please call us at Customer Service at 417-437-9345 Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm so we can get a message to the instructor to see if we can set up a separate time.
At the Joplin Gym our members can cancel at anytime as well. We just request that a form be filled out to stop future payments from coming out. Those forms are available at the Front Desk or you may call Customer Service to have a form emailed to you and you can email it back. Sounds simple enough right?! Any questions that a member may have about any part of their membership feel free to call or email the Customer Service Department and we will gladly help. If a member signs up for the $5 Reward membership and find that you are not able to attend at least 12 separate days out of the month we also have a Flat Rate plan that would not be based off of your attendance. All you would need to do to switch to the Flat Rate plan is to call Customer Service and we can email you a form to switch your membership. We just want to make sure all of our members feel comfortable. With their work out schedule and not break the bank. Because they are worth it.
In mentioning the RISK FREE policy our Customer Service Department will also work with you in regards to your payment dates. Just give us a call before your due date and let us know what is going on and we will do our best to help you out. We have no intention of creating financial issues for our members. NO OTHER CLUB has a Customer Service Department like ours!! We truly care about you and want to make sure you have every opportunity in becoming successful in meeting your goals with out causing undue financial stress.
If we are able to work with you and you honestly communicate with us. We will go out of our way to help in any way that we are able to. Again all you have to do is contact our GREAT Customer Service Department. To let them know what your issue is and we will do our best to resolve any issue that may arise. In any work, family or friend relationship communication is the key!! If we do not know we can not help.
At the Joplin Gym, we focus on a positive atmosphere, goal setting trends, helpful staff and a clean facility. Again, if any member has any issues with staff, other members, billing, or otherwise. If you would like to see a certain type of equipment because there are plenty. An event, promotion or anything that we currently do not offer. Or have please let us know so we can look into what we can do to meet everyone’s needs. It may not happen over night but please believe we look into all suggestions.
