Our OKC Fitness center offers variety when it comes to work out equipment. Colaw Fitness OKC has treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machines, bikes, resistance machines, free weights, and more. We strive to set our members up for success by offering free orientation for the resistance machines and cardio equipment too. Every person that attends our free orientation receives a work out template. Guests of members may also attend these free orientations but we kindly request all attendees to sign up for the orientation in advance. We like to limit our class size so that we can take our time with the attendees. You may attend these orientations as many times as you feel necessary until you feel more comfortable to safely use the equipment. Orientations are not required but are encouraged for people that are just starting out.
Colaw Fitness OKC goes above and beyond with our fitness and nutrition instruction. We offer a special thirty day program called the CF-30. This program is designed to help member lose body fat and get lean by following our suggested fitness and nutrition regimen. The CF-30 program is completely free to members and their guests. Our staff teaches each attendee how to follow our suggested low fat, low carb, and high protein diet. Then they explain how to follow our suggested fitness regimen.
