Hi, it’s Charles Colaw and Amber Colaw. And we’re going to talk to you today about the win of the week, a fitness tip, and a notable quotable. So, Amber, you start off with the best gym in Bartlesville win of the week. Okay. Our win of the week, this week is Candace and she’s lost 20 pounds in 30 days. So 20 pounds in 30 days,right? Way to go.
Excited for you. I know. That’s a big accomplishment. That’s a lot in thirty days. So good job. A fitness tip of the week is to work out with a friend and like, you’re my friend and I know sometimes I don’t want to work out, but you will hold me accountable. So working out with the friend is really good for the fitness tip is find a friend that’s going to be your buddy and you can work out with and you can hold each other accountable.
Um, so where do you work out together? Every day. Every day, seven days a week, seven days. And so we keep each other accountable. And you tell him the notable quotable, notable, quotable. The notable quotable is from Napoleon Hill. Um, uh, he’s one of my mentors, business, uh, mentor, uh, Andrew, awesome book, but he was the starting point of achievement is desire.
You’ve got to find a burning desire in you to want to be successful or to want to get in shape and you’ve got to find that and go after. So the starting point is this desire. Let that desire grow and uh, get going in. So the action steps for this, uh, uh, fitness tip and one of the week is to find a workout partner. Okay. They get to use everything in the gym, Tan, massage, everything. So find a workout partner, they can come with you for free and then find that burning desire inside of you to, uh, want to get shaped and, and, and, you know, so you can really get started.
So, and sometimes having a partner or someone to meet you at the best gym in Bartlesville. And just go through the motions with you. We’ll keep that desire alive as well. And not just the accountability, but you’ll find that even the more you do it, the more you desire it. So I think it continues to burn that desire within you, just with the accountability. Candace. Oh, I love it here everybody’s so nice. And it’s welcoming. I don’t ever feel like I’m being judged. Yes, I like it. I like if people are serious, they want to work out. They are here to achieve something, but they’re not judgmental against you when you’re just starting out at the beginning of. Oh, awesome. Is I, I’ve never met such nice people. We’ve got great machines. You can watch the TV. I Lost 20 pounds in the past 30 days. I changed my eating habits at school. A lot of fish, a lot less red meat, a lot more vegetables and fruit.
