The Topeka Fitness Center is open and staffed 24 hours a day and night. We know finding time during the day can be hard to come and work out at a gym, so we have solved that problem for you. We want you to be able to come on down to our facility at any time and work out at our gym. Working out alone and get boring sometimes. When you become a member today, you can bring a guest for free.
You can bring a new friend every time if you would like to. It doesn’t have to be the same person. Every guest has to fill out a guest waiver form at the front desk of our facility. Join our gym today for as low as one dollar down and five dollars a month. The Topeka Fitness Center has a reward membership as well as a flat rate membership. Our reward membership is only one dollar down and five dollars a month. You only have to visit the facility 12 or more times to obtain this discounted rate. That is very easy for you to do. That is only an average of three days a week of coming to our facility. Our flat rate membership is only $10 a month.
This membership is only $10 a month regardless of how many times you visit the facility. You could come to our gym zero times or 50 times that month and it will always be $10 flat for you. All of our memberships allow you to bring a guest for free. You can also purchase a day pass or a week pass if you would just like to visit our facility for a short time. Our day passes are only the low price of five dollars to have access to our facility for a full 24 hours. Our week passes are only $20 and you will have access to our facility for a full week.

Our free nutrition instructions are located in our CF 30 class. You will receive information on how to lose anywhere from 10 to 30 pounds just in one month. Our Colaw Fitness 30 Day and Diet Workout Program is set up to help you lose weight fast. Our staff members will give you an abundant amount of fitness tips and information on protein shakes.

Sign up for a membership on our Member Appreciation Night. We host this on the first Monday of every month. If you sign up on this night you will receive your first month free. You will also be able to obtain free items before you leave. If you can bring in three friends on this night, we will give you a free year membership on us. No other facility will offer you such an amazing deal like we can. You and your guest will also be able to enjoy free pizza when you sign up for a membership on the night.
