What I like most about Colaw Fitness is the atmosphere and the price also with everything you get for the price.

feeling like there’s something for everyone of every body type. I like that better than other gyms that I’ve been to because there’s a lot of different things. There’s a lot of different people and everybody kind of does their own thing. A lot of nonmembers that they’re at another gym, they’re probably paying a little too much for what they are getting and if they’re not at a gym that they are missing out of a lot of health benefits from a gym. Since being here for almost two years off and on I have dropped about fifty lbs of fat and gained muscle and strength.

Awesome job Natalie. Fitness tip for this week is going to be called consistency. And this is where, uh, Natalie has been a great example of being consistent and following a plan. Not always perfect, but over time in two years she’s lost 50 pounds and coming here. So we want to encourage you to be consistent. And amber, tell us about the notable quotable this week. Our notable quotable for the week is from Brad Sugars. He is the CEO of ActionCoach. “Success happens One day at a time, day after day.” Yeah.

So think of the tortoise and the hare. The Tortoise actually beats the hare in that story because he’s consistent where the hare will go hard and then stop and relax and get distracted. So remember, stay consistent, be consistent on your diet, be consistent on your workout. Schedule it in. Plan the night before, exactly what you’re wanting to be at, what time you’re working out, and then follow the plan. So the action step for you this week is to make a plan for the next day, the night before.

And I tell my clients. I’ve Trained thousands of clients and always say if you fail to plan the night before you’re planning to fail on your program so they get idiot proof. Come up with a game plan. Fill out all the food that you want to be eating. Make the food that night before, put it in a container and take it with you for the day. It’s complete mind freedom to follow a simple plan and it’s scheduled a time in your day to work out and don’t let anybody to pull you off from that said, I’ve got a set appointment, I’m not going to get pulled off that appointment.

And that’s the kind of consistency it’s going to get you results. Like Natalie got, She lost 50 pounds in the last two, last two years, so, so awesome job, Natalie congratulations.
