Hey, we’re Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. And so I have a really hard one for you. So the questions come in. What’s more important? Nutrition or exercise?

Okay. Question. What is more important nutrition or exercise? Well, um, I’ve got lots of different certifications and had been around the country taking different classes for being a certified personal trainer and certified in dietary guidance and nutrition. And what they say is for what you look like in your health, 70 to 80% of what you look like in your weight and your fitness or body fat levels is 70 to 80% of what you look like is your diet.

So that’s new nutritional component. So like maybe 30% is your workouts. Now since we’re all 24 hours of the day, we’re eating all throughout the day, but when we exercise, we may do 30 minutes to an hour. We need to make sure we’ve got a good game plan for the other 23 hours of the day besides the one hour that we head to the gym. So as a trainer, I always tell people that we need to have a very, very simple, easy to follow template.

And we give those in our CF 30 nutrition plan that’s free at the clubs, but you can pick up those their mind freeing documents to follow. But that food part is 70 to 80% of your weight loss and your fitness body fat levels success. And then the other 30 30% of what you look like and how you feel is going to be the exercising part. But they actually work together. So in the diets in and the workout works, it really takes off at the Topeka gyms.
