Hey, we’re Charles and Amber Colaw here with the fitness tip of the week. So tonight, Charles, why don’t you share a little bit of your story of your weight, loss and tips for everyone?
Absolutely. Back in high school, I was three oh three. I lost 83 pounds. So this is where I’m going to talk about a fitness tip for changing your life. Back in high school, I lost 83 pounds with a trainer. He basically told me to eat lower in carbs, higher in protein, start doing some weight training and cardio.
Every day. I literally followed this plan to a tee. This guy was a former fitness guy, former bodybuilder fitness competitor. He told me exactly what to do, what to eat, what times to eat, how much water to drink, what supplements to take.
And I did exactly what he said in an eight or sorry, about nine months I lost 83 pounds and ended up competing in a bodybuilding competition and ended up getting third place. Sorry, second place in men’s and fourth in fourth in fourth and men’s and second place in the teen division.
And so you can change your life. I was very, very uncomfortable in my own skin and I basically wanted to get in better shape. And this guy told me what to do. I’ve got a plan for you. So my action step for you is to pick up the CF 30 diet plan and workout plan.
