She just stuck to it and she’s a reaping that harvest the discipline and the just continued um, consistency of eating good and exercising and she’s seeing those changes in her life drastically cause 50 pounds is a lot.

Heather, we’re excited for you. Congratulations. And you guys have an awesome week. We’ll see you guys next week for the win a week. Bye bye.
Hi, Heather Murdoch. I like, first of all, it’s close. It’s a great central location and the 24 hours, I’m a single mom so if I need to come at night for the kids, I can’t, I love the kind of music you guys play. It’s very inspirational and uplifting and the whole denies this whole kind of monitoring here with mills throwing up with weights. I don’t feel intimidated here.
I feel like I couldn’t use any machines anyways anytime and there’s no stickers or anything like that. Really really like that. Um, well I mean the convenience, the you guys, his attitudes when you walk in the door, you agree absolutely everybody. Um, and being healthy, like you know, just bettering yourself cause it’s a great place to start that. So, well actually since I’ve started coming here, I have lost about 50 now and I can do things physically. I didn’t know if I were ever just shared with you again. And I mean it’s just all about baby steps and like I said, you guys make it so convenient that I can fit it into my schedule now. Whereas before I didn’t think I could, I made those excuses. What’s now? I don’t have an excuse, so here I am. Wow.
