And and Amy has actually lost 25 pounds at the same time, gotten stronger and actually [inaudible] and getting some muscles who she’s actually toning up. So I would assume she’s probably more like 30 pounds of fat loss and probably like a five pound of muscle gain, which is outstanding for you, Amy. So congratulations on that win of the week. Yeah. Okay. One of our favorites, pastor Craig Groeschel, he says Uncommon is usually uncomfortable, therefore growth and comfort never coexist. And so Amy really had to figure this out. Like to grow, she had to be uncomfortable to get the results that she got. So, um, growing is a great thing. It’s not always comfortable. It isn’t comfortable. They never coexist together. So you have to be uncomfortable to grow and to get to the next level of anything you want to do. So congratulations Amy. But a lot of hard work in to get those weight loss Topeka results.
You are awesome. Yes, and with coaching clients before in the past, I’m more concerned about your, your development and your, your character development. Your mental development, your physical development, then the comfort of the training session and you have to coach yourself through that, through that mental cognitive dissonance with not wanting to exercise and not wanting to eat right.
You’ve got to coach yourself out of that and once and say, this isn’t about my comfort. This is about my continued character, personal development and physical development. So the body is a reflection of the mindset. So you’ve done an amazing job, so congratulations. That’s the, the a a basically a tip that I kind of gave you there too, but that’s the win of the week.

My name is Amy. I like the atmosphere. I like the options that I have for the different machines and being able to switch stuff up and I don’t feel like I have to fight for space on those things. Everybody’s friendly.
I always see somebody that I know they’re missing out on the fact it’s only $5 a month if you come 12 times or more, and once you get going, it’s easy to hit the 12th I have made myself healthier.
