How our OKC Gyms came into fruition is that Colaw Fitness was created by Charles and Amber as they love to travel to each location to make sure that it is in the best shape possible. We are able to work out with all of our guests as well as connect to the staff and that is going to ensure that you have a positive experience no matter what location you go to. staying connected with our members as well as their staff members is something that we believe in and that we are always going to do.

This is the second Texas location we were able to open and we would like for you to find it today. and in 2020 we were able to open our fifth location in Oklahoma City and we were happy to say that this is the second location in the state of Oklahoma that we were able to open.
