Hello, this is Charles Colaw with the, you can do a podcast. And today I’m going to talk to you about starting here for beginner fitness users. So, first off, I want you guys to know that only about 23% of Americans are getting enough exercise and that’s on time.com and also on the centers of disease control. They talk about that adults, American adults need about 150 minutes of exercise to, to, to stay healthy.
